Shipping – All product orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped. Orders to Ireland generally arrive in 5-10 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. Due to the current situation, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected, and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Orders – You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your details. We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day.
Returns & Refunds – We will only accept a return of a product if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 Days; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact us. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please Note – We will not accept returns for custom hair extensions that have been ordered and/or fitted & hair extension courses that have already taken place.
In the unusual event that your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue.
